We only collect what you give us. When you fill in a form on this site (to book a demo or get in touch), we collect your name, email, and anything else you choose to tell us, such as your company name and what you report on.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Fonts and a charting library are loaded from third-party networks to display the page.
We use your details only to reply to you, arrange a demo, and follow up about Plotline. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through a form provider (Web3Forms) acting on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else except where we are required to by law.
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and our ongoing relationship, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will sort it out. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
